B1. ONDC Network Policy Adoption Statement

At ‘Etthnovistta’ , we are proud to be a Network Participant on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). As part of this national initiative to democratize digital commerce in India, we affirm our commitment to conducting business in alignment with the ONDC Network Policy and Frameworks.

A. Compliance with ONDC Rules

We have formally adopted the ONDC Network Policy and shall comply with its chapters, annexures, and associated governance documents, including but not limited to:

1. Business Rules & Commercial Model
2. Seller & Buyer Onboarding Guidelines
3. Code of Conduct & Ethical Standards
4. Data Governance & Technology Governance
5. Branding and Communication Guidelines
6. Disciplinary and Grievance Redressal Mechanisms

B. Our Commitments

By adopting the ONDC Network Policy, we commit to:

1. Transparency: Ensuring fair pricing, clear disclosures, and honest communication with buyers and sellers.
2. Non-Discrimination: Treating all sellers/vendors equitably, without preference or bias.
3. Data Protection: Handling customer and transaction data responsibly, in compliance with IT Act, 2000, SPDI Rules, and the ONDC Data Governance Policy.
4. Grievance Handling: Providing accessible grievance redressal mechanisms as mandated under ONDC and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
5. Technology Standards: Maintaining secure, interoperable, and compliant API integrations with ONDC’s protocols.
6. Zero Tolerance: Preventing fraud, abuse, and unethical practices by employees, sellers, or business partners.

C. Accountability & Oversight

We understand that our participation in ONDC is subject to continuous monitoring and compliance reviews. In case of deviations or breaches, we are accountable to the ONDC Network and relevant regulatory authorities.

D. Continuous Improvement

We are committed to regularly reviewing and updating our systems, processes, and policies to remain aligned with evolving ONDC rules, Government of India regulations, and global best practices in digital commerce.
